Gas safety certificates for landlords
The yearly check every landlord with gas appliances needs.
In short
- A Gas Safe registered engineer checks gas appliances and flues every 12 months.
- Give tenants a copy of the record within 28 days of the check.
- Give new tenants a copy before they move in.
- Keep records for at least 2 years.
